Home care Aide Candidates for employment must;

a) Be Registered with State of California caregiver Registry
b) Complete an Employment Application.
c) Participate in a face to face interview
d) Have a fingerprint Clearance from California Department of social services
e) Have a TB test with negative result
f) Be eligible to work in the United States.
g) Complete a minimum of 5Hours entry level Orientation training prior to presence with client.
h) Be willing to adhere to our annual continuous training.
